Have you every felt guilty…after doing something which is not ethical???
Something like that recently happened…I dont want to go to the depth of it…however I wanted to discuss about this human element…Guilt

Sometime at work or outside work…people tend to take advantage of there position and do whatever they can.. without thinking as whether they are doing it right or wrong!

One of the incident took place at work and everyone knew.. what, that manager did was wrong and was not in ethics either. Every other staff went and questioned there manager and ultimately those managers came to question…what so ever might have happened..the person who was fired without notification is now getting 2 weeks pay without even working 🙂

the last statement is good.. but one thing is .. when you know you feel guilty if you do something worng.. then why do you do it?.. is it the way you think that makes .. whetheryou are right or wrong!!

I think people sometimes do something at the heat of the moment and then repent later. So a lesson is always to keep oneself cool and never do anything rash. However, as those who are guilty feel repent, in the similar the others around them should be ready to forgive (perhaps, not always easy to do) the guilty ones.

yeah.. and the number of times going worng supercedes the number of times going rgiht simpley beacuse the person thinks it could favor them immediately!! even they know its wrong..
