““Begin each day as if it were on purpose””

Today..I am going to dedicate my post to all my Hindi Teachers…:) !!!

“Dedication is not what others expect of you, it is what you can give to others.”

And in there respect I have started a new blog “Sehar” in Hindi (Devnagri lipi)…it is mere an effort to be in touch with the language and learn as I go forward.

“What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?” ~ Vincent Van Gogh

As a child I was always a topper in language Hindi and all the credit goes to my teachers – ‘Anjali Madam’, ‘Swaraj Madam’, ‘Kusum Gupta Madam’, ‘Suman Gupta Madam’, ‘Kranti Kumari Madam’ and many more….! These people have played a major role in my life-time to bring the essence of this language…:) the encouragement and inspiration that I have recived from these people has really gave me an opportunity..not only to be able to converse different people..whether its from India or Pakistan and any other country where people speak Hindi and/or Urdu…:) it has made places for me in there hearts too..:)

“Emancipation from the bondage of the soil is no freedom for the tree.” ~ Rabindranath Tagore

I remember one time in Toronto when I saw a senir citizen…she was all piled up with lot of things in her hand and something was about to fall when I saved it last minute & all I heard was..‘Allah tumhein khush rakhe beta’ (May Allah keep you always happy dear)….I think even to understand this blessings…if I knew little bit of Hindi and Urdu then I give that credit to my teachers…:)

“Language is the means of getting an idea from my brain into yours without surgery” ~ Mark Amidon

We all celebrate a day for teachers…true..in which our first teachers …. our parents come in…but today its only as a Hindi day special :)….I remember in School we used to celebrate this day…and I have already started doing so…from now on…:)

“Celebrate the happiness that friends are always giving, make every day a holiday and celebrate just living!” ~ Amanda Bradley

At the same time I would like to apologize with my those friends who cannot read the devnagri fonts…but please try to understand my affection and closeness to this language..:)!!!

“It’s easier to apologize than ask for permission” 🙂

Those who can read please do visit ‘Sehar’ & give me guidance as I have decided to post my poetries over there ..:)
As I said…its an effort…a try !!!
